Constructed out of triple stainless-steel walls with insulated jackets, it is a durable device that is easily kept to hygienic standards thanks to a CIP cleaning system. With automatic whey removal, water supply, and milk measurement systems, this machine will give you a complete overview of the dairy processing. With the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) you will always be able to see which components of the closed cheese vat are active and inactive.
